While Vice President Joe Biden is the latest US diplomat to try his hand at peace negotiations, Asher has decided to follow in the UD grad's footsteps and give peas a chance. Ok, bad pun. But he has tried peas and sweet potatoes in addition to rice and oatmeal cereal. He seems to like sweet potatoes, but peas...well...not so much. He seems to be like his dad--he'll eat whatever's in front of him, but peas don't rank above the 25th percentile.

On another note, Asher was excited he arrived in time to watch the Fightin' Phils in the World Series, but recently told us that he's been waiting his whole life for the Fightin's to actually WIN one. So, to prepare for Spring Training and to celebrate the arrival of Doc Halladay, Asher and Mommy tried on their Phils hats.
